Throughout her career, she has built businesses, developed high-performing teams, mentored professionals, and guided organizations through periods of change and growth. Her leadership experience includes founding a multi-office real estate brokerage and serving as Regional Director of Sales for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
With a background in psychology and certification through the International Coaching Federation, BJ combines business strategy with a human-centered approach to leadership. She helps clients gain clarity, recognize opportunities, strengthen performance, and translate vision into meaningful action.
